Chicken Jalfrezi

This is an easy to make and very tasty Indian curry dish. Just very nice!

Wot u need
1 medium chopped onion
2 chopped chillies
2 tsp garlic paste
3 tsp garlic paste
1 tbsp tomato puree
2 tsp curry paste
2 cut chicken breasts
1 thinly sliced green pepper
125mls cold water
Oil

Wot u do
Fry off the onion in the oil till it goes brown. Add the chilli, giner and garlic. Cook for three mins. Add the curry paste, tomato puree and chicken. Seal the chicken. Add 125mls cold water, boil and simmer for 20 mins. You could also stick the mix in a slow cooker and cook on low for three hours.

Just before serving fry off a sliced green pepper in a little peanut oil with pepper – keep crunchy. Mix in and serve your Jalfrezi!
