Patatas Bravas (dry version)

This is a really nice recipe. You may have tasted some shit in Spain that they try to pass off as this dish. This is the real deal and is great as a tapas.

Wot u need

500g floury potatoes
Olive oil
One tbsp red wine vinegar or any other vinegar you have
½ tsp paprika
1 tbsp tomato puree
½ tsp salt
pinch sugar

Wot u do
Peel potatoes and half long ways. Cut each half into six 2cm chunks. Toss potatoes in a little olive oil and then cook on a tray in the oven for 40 mins (220 degrees c.) Turn after ten minutes to avoid sticking. Remove potatoes and cover in a mixture of the remaining ingredients. Return to the oven for five minutes and serve.

Serves 2.
