Hoi Sin Prawns

This is a simple, flash fry dish that is a winner every time. Who needs takeaway!

Wot u need
300g small cooked prawns
1 chopped onion
1 chopped red pepper
2 tbsp Chinese Hoi Sin paste
1 chopped chilli
2 tbsp oil

Wot u do
Heat the oil till very hot (smoking) and fry the onion for two mins. Add the pepper and cook for a further minute. Drop in the prawns and cook for three min or until cooked. Add the chopped chilli and then the paste. Mix and cook for two more mins.

Serve with rice. Serves 2.
