Breakfast berry and oat smoothie

This is a great blended shake to start the day. The oats give you slow release which means your hunger is satisfied for longer!

Wot u need
150mls almond milk (or other milk)
150mls natural yoghurt
70g banana
2 tbsp oats/granola
50g frozen raspberries
50g frozen blueberries
10g honey
Dash of vanilla extract

Wot u do
Blend the hell out of it! I use a blend-active blender.

Serves: one (500 mls)
